In April 2019, we had our second care inspection. We are delighted to announce that we were awarded “excellent” for the second year in a row.
The Care Inspectorate regulate the industry and carry out an annual inspections to ensure that there are high standards of care.
They carried out a very comprehensive review speaking to 8 clients, the majority of the team and receiving questionnaires back from over a third of our clients.
